Office visits
The fee for a 50-minute office visit is $150 for individuals, couples & families, unless you have been offered a reduced fee. You may pay for our sessions with cash or check or credit card. Payment is due on the day of our session. Sessions must be cancelled 48 hours in advance.
I am in-network with Healthnet/MHN. You are responsible for your individual copay as outlined by your plan. If Healthnet declines to pay for your date of service, I will do what I can to appeal it, but ultimately, you are responsible for payment for unpaid services at the reduced rate of $80. Healthnet sessions are 55 minutes.
A limited number of sliding scale slots are available.
Late cancellation fee Call, text or email within 24 hours to avoid a late charge of $50. This late fee cannot be billed to your insurance. Please note, if you cancel our session due to illness or emergency the day of your session, I will not charge you the late cancellation fee.
Insurance
I am currently listed as an out-of-network provider with several PPO insurance companies, and an in-network provider with Healthnet/MHN.
